Do you accept walk-ins?

We're happy to welcome walk-ins as long there's no scheduled fitting at the same time. That said, to ensure you get the privacy and personalized attention you deserve, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance.

Are your gowns for rent?

They're not -- for a reason. Each piece is made to feel special and personal and we choose to preserve that by creating dresses meant only for you.

Do you customize gowns?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom gowns tailored to your vision and personal style. Book a consultation with our Designer and bring your dream dress to life, with every detail made just for you. At Studio Ceremonie, your bridal look starts with you!

Do you customize evening wears aside from bridal gowns?

Yes, we do! Aside from bridal gowns, we also create custom pieces for your entourage, events, proms, and special occasions-- because every moment deserves something made just for you.

How far in advance should I begin dress shopping?

In order to ensure you're not rushed with your decision-making, we recommend that you begin dress shopping 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We believe your fitting should be a personal and intimate experience. Our goal is to keep the focus entirely on you and the look and feeling you want to create for your wedding day. We've found that too many opinions can sometimes make the process overwhelming, and we want your shopping experience to be as joyful and stress-free as possible. We will only allow Maximum of 3 companions per Bridal fitting.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

Feel free to bring or wear any nude undergarments, and shoes you're thinking about wearing on the big day—if you have them!

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your fitting. As we are by appointment only and accommodate a limited number of brides each day, your advanced notice is truly appreciated. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund of the fitting fee.
